Shipping Policies

Orders
please allow up to 48 hours to process and ship your order.  when your order ships, you will receive an email update with a tracking number for your package

Modify Your Order
last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible.  these changes will require assistance from Customer Service.

Returns
sevendays accepts returns of merchandise within two weeks of purchase for exchange or store credit only. 

To Make A Return:
- return the item in its original packaging with all original tags attached
- include a detailed note explaining what you want us to do with the merchandise (exchange or issue store credit)
- ship the merchandise back to us using an insured trackable method such as FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail

Please note:
- return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the error was on our end (item shipped was incorrect or you received a damaged item)
- we reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is lacking sufficient information or if it appears to be worn or used
